How did the knights attack their enemies

How the knights attacked was not so different than what we do today.
First they burn down the enemy barriers and let them come out and let them be in the open.

Then they attack, by first marching out in the open and attack with bows and arrows.

                                                          These are knights

                                                          and archors

                                                          attacking a caslte.

Invations were very effective most of the time.
